Terms of Service

intelliLesson is a lesson booking and management platform for instructors who teach skills, and for the clients who book lessons with them. The platform provides booking and scheduling, structured lesson notes, client dashboards, video review, and business tools such as intake forms and booking analytics.

intelliLesson is a pre-launch service. Features are actively being developed and may change, be added, or be removed. We do not promise that any particular feature will exist, continue to exist, or behave the same way over time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an instructor account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Instructors control the client information they enter into or collect through intelliLesson — names, contact details, booking history, and lesson notes. That relationship is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

• You confirm you have the right to enter your clients' information into the platform and to contact them through it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the lesson notes, availability, and other content you publish to your clients.
• You are responsible for the messages sent to your clients through the platform, including messages sent from a mailbox you have connected.
• You agree to comply with the laws that apply to your business, including those governing personal data and electronic communications.

You keep ownership of your content and your client data. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display it in order to operate the platform for you.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or use a connected mailbox to send anything other than communications related to your lessons and clients.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another account or another instructor's data.
• Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the platform without our written permission.

intelliLesson can connect to third-party services on your instruction — for example Google Calendar for two-way scheduling, Gmail Send for transactional lesson messages, and SMS delivery. Connecting any integration is optional and always your choice.

• Your use of a connected service is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
• You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings.
• We are not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable, changing its behaviour, or discontinuing a feature we rely on.

intelliLesson is currently provided at no charge while the platform is in its pre-launch stage. There is no paid subscription today, and nothing in these Terms obliges you to pay for the service as it stands.

If we introduce fees in future, we will tell you before they apply to your account, and you will be able to decline by discontinuing use.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes, but a pre-launch service can change quickly.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss, and we do not offer a service-level agreement or uptime commitment.

Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. The platform is not a system of record for legal, medical, or financial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, intelliLesson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Because the platform is currently provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using intelliLesson and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or where we discontinue the service.

You can request an export of your booking data before closing your account. After termination we handle remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do survive.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. It forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and S.B. McCorkle agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the platform develops. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or in-app notification. Continuing to use intelliLesson after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
